Keep a record of the day
Jobs, calls, meals and worked hours are already part of the app. The next step is making those everyday tasks easier to complete and correct.
Closed beta planned for Q4 2026

The hours are the starting point. Pay depends on the terms of the job.
Built by an IATSE crew member who got tired of being mispriced. Function started with the founder’s own freelance work. Making it approachable for other crew members is the priority before a wider release.

Contract- and fund-agnostic. Bring your agreements, rate cards and fund documents; Function is built around ingesting the terms you provide, reviewing the setup, and applying it to your work.
Payment records, reconciliation, invoices and reports exist. Bringing them into a clearer, consistent experience is a major part of the roadmap.
Contracts, rates and financial records can be sensitive and proprietary. Our commitment is simple:
The app stores and processes records to provide its features, maintain security and preserve record history. Our privacy policy explains that processing, including service providers and integrations.
Start with simpler workflows. Catch up on mobile next. Connect the reporting, then make room for the whole crew.
These are planned development windows, not shipped features or guaranteed release dates. We’ll revise the plan as we learn from the beta.
