What's shipped, and what isn't

What's shipped, what's in flight, and — deliberately — what isn't built yet. An entry is only marked shipped if the thing it names can be pointed at in the product today.

v3.0In progress

The pay engine, held against real cheques

Shipping continuously

The engine stopped being a calculator and became a reconciler. Agreements are encoded to the section number, benefit-fund rates are transcribed from the funds' own contribution statements, and the whole thing is held against a corpus of 96 real paycheques from 30 employers.

Premium rungs above double-time

A contract ladder can have more rungs than a classifier has bands. Ladders that run past double-time are now priced as differential top-ups — including rungs that trigger on hours ELAPSED since your call, meal periods included, rather than hours worked. The two are different quantities and were previously priced identically.

Three benefit-fund regimes

Local One's welfare, pension and annuity rates; the Broadway League Pink / RM contribution rules; and Local 52's MPI Plans. Each is transcribed from the fund's own statements rather than reconstructed from a rate card, and each rate is checked to the cent against every row it claims to explain.

Holiday observation shifts

A holiday landing on a weekend is observed differently by different agreements — Saturday-to-Friday, Sunday-to-Monday, or both to Monday. None of them is applied as a default, because the federal convention is a convention and not every agreement adopts it.

v2Shipped

Financial workflows

Shipped

The money side of freelance work: expenses and receipts, invoicing off a priced week, and a real two-way QuickBooks Online integration.

Expenses, kit fees & per diem

Receipts stored against a project, expenses categorised for entertainment work, daily or flat kit fees tracked against inventory, and domestic-versus-distant per diem applied by location.

Invoicing from a priced week

A reconciled week — or a run of several weeks — becomes a draft invoice carrying its time, kit, per diem and reimbursable lines, with a guard against billing the same timesheet twice. Recurring invoices, aging, client statements and reminders sit alongside it.

QuickBooks Online integration

OAuth connection, customer sync and reconciliation, invoice creation and push, payment links, change-data-capture polling and webhooks — so the books match the cheques without re-typing anything.

NextPlanned

What is not built yet

No committed date

Listed here because a roadmap that only lists wins is a sales page. These are known gaps, stated as gaps.

State tax coverage beyond NJ and NY

Real marginal brackets, resident credits and the dollar-level cross-border mechanic exist for New Jersey and New York. Every other state currently falls back to a flat effective-rate approximation that is fine for estimating and is not a filing input. Broadening that is not scheduled.

Agreements beyond the ones encoded

The contract model is union-agnostic and any rate card, overtime ladder and penalty set can be configured by hand. Pre-encoded, section-cited agreements exist for IATSE Local One, Local 52 and the Broadway League Pink terms — and for nothing else yet.

Billing

There is no payment processor connected and no plan or entitlement anywhere in the schema. The tiers on the pricing page are a plan, not a paywall, and nothing is charged for today.
