Your contract, computed to the letter
Union pay is a stack of rules — OT tiers, meal penalties, turnaround, premiums and benefit funds. Function TimeTrack encodes them so every hour is classified and priced the way your agreement guarantees.
These are the agreements encoded to the section number today, with their fund rates transcribed from the funds' own contribution statements. The contract model itself is union-agnostic — any rate card, overtime ladder, penalty set and benefit basis can be configured, whichever local you work under.
The whole rulebook, in one system
Overtime tiers
Daily hour thresholds, weekly overtime and double-time — derived from what you logged. Plus the rungs above double-time, including ladders that trigger on hours ELAPSED since your call rather than hours worked.
Meal penalties
Penalties are gated on real meal events — a logged break, a catered meal, or a walk-away — so you charge exactly what the contract allows.
Premiums that stack correctly
Where your agreement compounds, they compound — a Sunday 1.5× base, then overtime on top. Where it says premiums may not be compounded, every hour pays the greatest rung it qualifies for instead of a silent product of the two.
Benefit funds
Three IATSE fund regimes encoded — Local One's welfare, pension and annuity rates, the League Pink / RM contribution rules, and Local 52's MPI Plans — each transcribed from the fund's own statements and checked to the cent.
Log reality. Keep the receipts.
- Log to-the-minute; bill at your contract's rounding increment
- Human overrides for the genuine exceptions — the engine handles the rest
- Every expected-vs-actual difference becomes a decision, not a surprise
- Quarterly (Q1–Q4) benefit reporting basis kept straight all year
Never chase a missing hour again
Set up your local's rate card once and let the engine do the math.
